Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard Shipping takes approximately 7–12 business days after processing, while Expedited Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days for Standard Shipping and 6–10 business days for Expedited Shipping.

Standard Shipping costs $9.99 for orders under $69. Orders of $69 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Expedited Shipping is available for $19.99. Applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted by mail only. Once your return request has been approved, a downloadable return label will be provided. We do not charge a return-label fee or restocking fee. We do not currently offer direct exchanges; if you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. This information will help us review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
